- Tech Transfer and Supply Agreement includes milestone-based tech transfer fee and product supply cost
- Esjay Pharma is open to undertaking the responsibility of the supply commitments of divesting entities under Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
Licensing and Commercial Supply of Esjay Pharma’s Products
- Esjay Pharma can out-license products both in the US and ex-US markets and supply the commercial products
- Licensing and Commercialization Agreement includes milestone-based licensing fee, product supply cost and as applicable royalty arrangement
